The rules for using the Geoke platform. Last updated: April 2026.
1. Acceptance
By using Geoke you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted with your account. Promptly notify any unauthorized use to support@geoke.ai.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise plans renew monthly or annually. The free trial lasts 14 days. Invoices are issued through the selected payment provider.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Geoke for illegal activities, abusive scraping, generation of defamatory content, or violation of third-party rights. In case of abuse, Geoke may suspend the account without notice.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, software, and analysis methods (including IDPBS) are the property of Geoke, Inc. Content generated for your brand remains your property.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". Geoke does not guarantee specific rankings in AI engines. Overall liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the control panel. Geoke may terminate the contract in the event of a breach of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. The competent jurisdiction is San Francisco.
