1. Data controller
The data controller is Geoke, Inc., located at 2261 Market Street, San Francisco, CA, 94114 US. For any privacy-related requests: privacy@geoke.ai.
2. Data collected
We collect only the data necessary to deliver the Service:
- Registration data (email, name, company name).
- Workspace data (analyzed domain, competitors, generated content).
- Technical data (IP, user agent, platform usage logs).
- Payment data, managed by PCI-DSS compliant providers; Geoke does not store card numbers.
3. Purpose of processing
We use data to provide and improve the Service, send operational communications, and ensure security and compliance. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising profiling.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on contract performance, user consent for optional marketing purposes, and legal obligations to which Geoke is subject.
5. Retention
We retain data for the duration of the contract and for the time strictly necessary to meet legal obligations. Upon account closure, data is anonymized or deleted within 90 days.
6. User rights
At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, or objection to the processing of your data by writing to privacy@geoke.ai.
7. Security
Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Periodic security audits. Infrastructure on ISO 27001-certified cloud providers.
8. International transfers
When data is transferred outside the European Union, we apply the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
9. Changes
We update this policy as needed. Material changes are notified by email to active users.
